My favorite trend now is for sure the variety of the use of collars. Neckline of dresses or shirts are always so important and now that issue is less of a problem since you can just use clip-on collar or even a collare neclaces. The high fashion brands have made their saying in this fashion tred and I'm jsut loving the out come of the new collars of fall 2011. Here are some examples of my favorite designs:
Dannijo/Stella duo
Balenciaga

The new rumor of today is that the new creative director of DIOR will be Marc Jacobs. In my opinion it was a great loss for Dior whit all the madness that happen to Galliano still in my opinion he is just little mad but who isn't mad that work with fashion or even artist.
Here I have some pictures from these designers the old face of Dior and maybe the "new face of Dior.
John Galliano
This man is a master with mixing fabrics, as you can see in one show he uses leather, skin and even wool and all kinds of patterns still the collection is very strong and has a strong look as a collection!
Here are the new fall 2011 collections from the "maybe" future creative director :)
Marc Jacobs
It's all about hats and leather from M.J. this fall here is also some from his other collection
Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton
Here he mixes up an Russian army uniform and a school girl uniform, (but notice the hats of both collections) playful and fun collection but you still see similarity to these two collections.
Call me crazy but isn't there time for new faces in these big design companies. There are so many fresh new young designers that are hard working and want to make it in the big world. Well this is my opinion time for some changes new people in so we can get some new trends and new vibe in the fashion world.
I can't believe that my 4 years of university studying is over and now I have to start to work :/ Well since I'm starting to work at the Calvin Klein office in Milano I'm going to make one tribute, their new advertising is actually very cool.. I like the spiral video from the fashion companies, they are usually more original and more artistic then the normal Tv advertising.
I came across the 19 year old Australian model Andrej Pejic now a days, when I saw him before I always thought it was a female model but this beauty is a boy! He has done so many great editorials so here are one from TUSH MAGAZINE Model: Andrej Pejic Photographed by ARMIN MORBACH
ZANE BAYNE: This is very interesting accessories trend by the american designer Zana Bayne. Very modern way to accessories yourself. If you can put only a simple top and accessories that with these leather leather straps. Here are some examples from the collection summer 2011.
I have been looking at many designers to understand what colors are strong for fall 2011 or shapes, materials and so on. The thing that struck me most is that the strongest trend that I came a cross this fall is Halloween trend. Here are some strong examples from world known designers:
I have been fallowing these photographers Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott over the years and the work they do is always amazing it's like they make the photos like they are painting on a canvas. These are with out a doubt one of the most interesting photographer team in modern photography. Here is one of Editorial by them for W in March this year.
I saw first time the canadian model Rick Genest, that is better known as Zombie boy, in the fashion show of Terry Mugler. He did also Editorials for Vogue Japan, GQ Italia and now he did this editorial for X Fashion Magazine!!!!
This for me is very interesting editorial and the model fits perfect with his contrast to the nature. Photographer: Mateusz Stankiewicz Stylist: Pola Madej-Lubera
